We use our Facebook page to publicise, promote and celebrate what our group members achieve.

We update it two or three times a week so please do visit us regularly to keep up to date with what we're up to.

On our YouTube channel you'll find a great collection of movies that our group members have made in media sessions or appear in. These may be some of our public musical and drama performances, special events or from our Open Mic nights. Another great way to celebrate the fantastic work group members do!

Hi Viz TV is phoenix rising's very own TV channel!

It's a creative platform broadcast via YouTube for our group members and non group members alike to get their views, concerns, ideas and talents across to each other and the general public.

We welcome contributions from anyone with support needs in the M.K. area and beyond. So we'd be interested in seeing your videos, pictures, art work, opinions or other content.
