Who are we?
We are a business dealing with and providing day service activities for adults with disabilities. Our registered address is York House, London Road, Stony Stratford. MK11 1JQ.
What personal data is collected?
We may collect general personal information such as your name, gender, title as well as your contact details including your contact address, email, telephone numbers and, if you have chosen to contact us this way, your social media handles.
If you visit our website your IP address, approximate location and the web version and device you use may be recorded. We may collect information on how you use the website but this data does not include other identifying information.
We also maintain a record of attendance by clients and associated individuals at sessions managed by our staff.
How is personal data collected?
We obtain personal data when you visit our website, when you contact us for an enquiry, when you register your interest in receiving communications, enrol on our sessions and if we meet in person.
How do we use personal data?
As well as for normal administrative tasks for current clients, we use your data to improve our service, your experience when using the web or to respond to your requests and expressions of interest. We also send occasional promotional communications.
We process the data to serve legitimate interests. Specific usage of personal data includes:

We don’t keep personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed. We review this annually and archive or delete data securely.
This statement is intended to demonstrate clearly that we will comply with the regulations specified by the General Data Protection Regulation and to reassure anyone who deals with us that any personal data is safe and not accessible to unauthorised third parties.
