Feel Good Friday

Mike Wilkinson leads our Feel Good Friday sessions at York House, Stony Stratford - on Fridays, of course. A member of the Electric Umbrella group, who recently reached the finals of Britain's Got Talent, Mike inspires members to have a great time singing, dancing, playing an instrument - and sometimes all three at once!

It's a fun session designed to do what it says 'on the tin' - make you feel good on Fridays!
