Out & About

There is so much to see within a short travelling distance of our bases and we now have three Out & About sessions where a small group can enjoy something different each week.

We visit all sorts of places in the community, from museums to bowling alleys, shopping centres to parks, always with stops for refreshments along the way.

Each group is slightly different in its composition as we try to ensure that everyone gets on well and are the best mix for mutual support and generally having the best of times outside.
