Mindfulness means paying attention to and enjoying the present moment. This includes your thoughts, feelings, and the world around you.
Being mindful means being ‘aware.’ So, the opposite of being on Auto-Pilot, when we do things without thinking. When we're aware of what we’re doing and what's going on around us we are living life to the full!
